- If you use Cyber Developers cloud software: from downloaded, pulled or deployed instances we may collect information such as the platform, instance type, IP address, operating system details, the application being used.
- If you register on our websites or sign up for a trial: Name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, company name, job title, IP address, username and password.
- If you register for a paid service: in addition to the above, credit card or other payment information and information on your order such as price, license, service plan.
- If you subscribe to our newsletter: Name, email address, marketing campaign information such as your reaction to our marketing and your interest in our Services.
- If you contact us (via our websites or via phone, email or letter), e.g. for a support request, respond to a survey, send us an inquiry or post to our forum: Name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, company name, job title, IP address, information on our communication with you and any additional information you provide us with.
- If you merely visit our websites: IP address, browser data, browser type, device type, device ID, Uniform Resource Locators (URL), operating system, language preferences, information on your usage of our websites and online activities.

Who we share your data with
As required in accordance with how we use it, we will share your personal information with the following third parties:

Any such service providers will by appropriate data processing agreements be bound to only process the data on Cyber Developers’ behalf and under its instructions.
- Purchasers and third parties in connection with a business transaction: Personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with a Cyber Developers n-related transaction, such as a merger, sale of Cyber Developers assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business, or in the event of a bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
- Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: Third parties as required by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our legal claims or to protect the security or integrity of our Services; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Cyber Developers, our visitors, or others.
How long we retain your data
We will store personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect the personal information, in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.
We store your personal data during the time that you are a customer of Cyber Developers for purposes of providing you the services, and for up to three years after you cease to be a customer.
If you have never been a customer or registered account holder, but have consented to receive a newsletter, we will continue to process your personal data for this purpose until you unsubscribe from this service or you have not viewed the newsletter for 12 consecutive months.
If you have never been a customer, but have consented to receiving other marketing inquiries or information from us, we may store your data for up to two years.
