Cyber Developers · South Africa
Cyber Developers is a custom software development company in South Africa. We design and build business systems, web applications and mobile apps around how organisations actually work — not around a generic product.
If the work still lives in spreadsheets, paper files or three disconnected tools, that is usually the brief.
Manage customers, documents, approvals, payments and reporting from one system — or connect the systems you already have.
Applications modelled on your roles, records and exceptions — not a template forced onto the business.
DetailsDay-to-day administration: people, money, cases and reports in one place staff can actually operate.
DetailsPortals for staff, customers, parents, citizens or partners, with permissions on the same data.
DetailsField work, drivers and anyone who is not at a desk — as a client of the same business rules.
DetailsSame rules as the desktop system.
Named stages, owners and finance rules instead of email chains and inbox handovers.
DetailsAssistants, documents and reporting inside a real application. A model is a component, not the product.
DetailsPayments, SMS, identity and existing databases, wired in so information is not retyped.

Selected Work
These are systems we designed and developed. They are not stock illustrations or invented dashboards.
Tshira
Case management, SLA monitoring, finance and operational reporting.
SmartCity Muni
Citizen reporting, alerts, municipal services and emergency access.
VayaSA
Ride sharing, bus ticketing and taxi booking.
FluxMove
Instant quotations, delivery booking and transport-provider workflows.
A reliable system requires more than a good-looking screen. We design the application structure, data, integrations, permissions, deployment and support around how the organisation needs to operate.
Complete systems, not a brochure website with a contact form.
Roles, screens and a data model that can survive real exceptions.
Entities, statuses and history that reports can be trusted against.
Server-side rules, signed callbacks and failure handling.
The finance user is not the field user.
Paystack, Ozow, Capitec Pay and related processors where a product required them.
Hosting, backups and accounts people can actually use.
SMS, email, identity checks and existing SQL databases.
The numbers come from the same records the operators use.
Named stages, owners and finance locks.
Thin clients of the same backend, not a second source of truth.
We build systems for schools, law firms, logistics companies, municipalities and other organisations with specialised workflows.
Ordinary engineering, written down so nobody is surprised at go-live.
Who the users are, which records matter, which approvals exist.
A data model and permissions that can survive the work.
Screens that match the jobs, not a generic admin theme.
Build against the process, with operators looking at it early.
Failed payments, missing documents, permission edges.
Hosting, backups and accounts people can use.
Fixes and change requests after the first week of real use.
Short answers. If yours is not here, write it on the form.
No. Cyber Developers is a custom software development company. We design and build business systems, web applications, mobile apps, workflow automation and integrations for organisations in South Africa.
A website can be part of a project. The usual brief is software people work in every day: records, approvals, billing, mobile capture and the APIs those things need.
Not if we already have a close fit. School management, workflow, logistics and municipal systems can be adapted. If the process is genuinely different, we design a new model.
Hosting, backups, user issues and change requests are part of the work. Hours and response times are written into the project, not advertised as 24/7 for every client.
Describe the process. We will tell you whether to build, adapt, or leave it.
