Challenge
Intercity passenger movement in South Africa mixes informal ranks, operators and private cars. A marketplace needs roles for passengers, drivers and operators, plus payments that include cash-at-rank as well as electronic options.
Solution
A multi-role web application covering passenger search and booking, driver onboarding, bus and taxi operator dashboards, and an admin console for approvals and payouts.
